What Is Network Marketing?

What Is Network Marketing?

The simplest explanation of network marketing is that it is a method of marketing that utilizes independent representatives to reach potential customers that a company otherwise would not reach with traditional online or offline marketing methods.

Still difficult somehow, okay...

In short Network Marketing is a business model which is the opposite of traditional (normal way) of business/distribution. In the traditional model, for the consumer to get a product, it has to move from the MANUFACTURER down to the NATIONAL AGENT down to the WHOLESALER then to the RETAILER and finally to the CONSUMER. In so doing the price will have escalated from say, 300/= shs for a bottle of soda at the MANUFACTURER'S to 600 by the time it reaches the RETAILER due to costs incurred by each of the players.

In Network Marketing the MANUFACTURER finds a partner eg. ME, and asks the PARTNER to distribute the products which this PARTNER gets from the MANUFACTURER at 300/= for example and sells at 600/= so the PARTNER gets all that profit which would have gone to the AGENT, WHOLESALER and RETAILER. See? But it doesn't end there.

The MANUFACTURER then asks this PARTNER to bring in any other person who would like to become a partner too and when this new person comes in and joins, then  the 1st PARTNER is paid a "commission" and if the second partner brings other partners the both the 1st and 2nd partners both get paid due to the compound effect of the new partners who due to the power of the word of mouth have helped the company/manufacturer to make more sales than if it had relied on adverts or the traditional way of business. And this is where the "network" applies.

So briefly it's something like that.. Watch this video.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE DOING NETWORK MARKETING TODAY?
Millions of people are doing this, highly probably YOU also are. Let's see if you are doing it or not. Okay, do you have a PC, mobile phone, or car? If yes, did anyone tell you about the particular brand before you decided to go for it or did you just buy everything you have out of the blue without anyone's reference?

Or where do you go to eat your food, where do you buy your groceries, which supermarket do you visit often, what brand is your kind when it comes to bottled water for instance, and did you just start using the brand or did someone else tell you about it. Did someone else tell you where to buy your groceries, or where to go wash your car or which school to take your kids to? And what do you think, did that person get paid by the business owner for recommendung those things to you? Of course not!! Did you get paid anyone when you recommended certain brands to your friends or relatives? Yes? No? Yes? NOOOO!

See? So many people are involved in the Network Marketing Business everyday for free and they are happy to do so! Imagine if a friend comes to you and they want to go buy a new cellphone, which brand would you recommend? And suppose that friend of yours follows your advice and buys that brand how much will you get paid for that? Nothing. Why? Because you are doing network marketing (or recommendation) business with the wrong company.

BUT THERE ARE now Companies which are ready to pay you for doing exactly that! Recommending their products to other people. That is what is in the book titled: The Business of the 21st Century by Robert Kiyosaki! One such company is called FOREVER LIVING PRODUCTS... Refer the short presentation on the video.

INFORMATION IS POWER! It is important that you are informed so that the choices you make about your present or future financial status are not made out of ignorance. Network Marketing is a great OPPORTUNITY.

There are several business meetings and presentations taking place where you are everyday! Probably you are not aware, and probably it's because you were never informed.
NOW THAT YOU ARE... Take the next step...Seek for more information.

Lead A Life Of No Regrets

Don't Have Any Regrets in Life

By Mike Michalowicz

I have regrets.
It seems like yesterday that I was in college (Go Hokies!). I remember high school so vividly that I still think (and act) like I am in it. It feels that moments ago, I was swinging from the jungle gym and enjoying nap time during my kindergarten class. But that stuff is far gone now.
Looking back, I have clearly made mistakes. That doesn’t bother me so much. I have learned from most of them. What does bother me is the missed opportunities. What bothers me are the times I ran toward comfort instead of trying something new. What bothers me are not the risks that I took, but the risks that I avoided.
My past is as dead. So is yours. Don’t waste your time worrying. The only thing you can, and should, do is change your behaviors now. Push away from the comforts of repeating your past, because until you do, you too will regret what you missed.

The No Regrets Formula

Here is my little formula for living without regret (or at least with a whole lot less regrets):
If you heart says “Yes!” and your head says “No!”, go for it! – This is the clearest sign you will get from your soul, trying to guide you. Your head is just going into the protection mode of keeping you in the “tried and true” past. Lead with your heart, and be clear about the fear of danger and the fear of inexperience!
If it won’t go away, go for it! – Sometimes life will present the same opportunity over and over. That can be a clear signal you should be giving it a shot.
Follow your heart, not your urge! – I love jelly beans. When they are put in front of me, I go through a whole bag in seconds. Then I get sick as a dog. I followed my urge to devour the jelly beans, and not my heart that was telling me to enjoy just a few. When temptation presents itself, make sure you are listening to your heart and not an urge.
Fear the pressure of peer pressure – Just because everyone else is doing it, doesn’t mean it is right for you. You gut knows what’s right, go with that.
If you regretted it once, don’t regret it again – If you have regrets, it is a clear signal not to make that mistake again. If you are lucky enough for the opportunity to present itself again… Go for it! Go for it! Go for it!

You Can Say You Lived

Do you have any regrets? Do you regret something in your entrepreneurial life? Personal life? It’s time to start living without regrets. It is time to push the limit today, so when you reflect back tomorrow, you can say you lived.
###
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Success is Simple...Don't Complicate it... lol..!

If You Want to Succeed Don’t Complicate Things – Just Succeed..!

The first step in attaining the success you desire is to be prepared to know yourself better. A serious appraisal of your life is essential to truly living the life you desire.
If you need to get to Pittsburgh by Friday, you’ve got to know
where you’re starting from. A serious self-appraisal may take some time to complete.
How well educated are you in the things you would like to know,
do or have? How much effort do you put into each aspect of your life? What are your best and worst points? How do you choose your friends? Your home? Your hobbies?
How do you treat your friends? Your family? Strangers? How deep is your personal spirituality? Are you one of those who “go to church”? Those who think a church is a place?
You have hundreds and hundreds of special traits, but how well
developed are each of them? Which of your traits are the worst?
What have you accomplished over the past twenty years? Ten years? Five years? Two years? One year? In the past month? The past week? Today?
Who have you hurt? Who deserves better than you’ve given them?
And most important, how close are you now to where you hoped
you’d be when you looked ahead a year ago, five years ago,
or even as a child?
Be prepared to cry a little as you make this appraisal of your
life. Humans are far from perfect, and even the minor goals we
set for ourselves are not achieved, and it can hurt to see
exactly where you are.
Draw upon every bit of serenity and peace you have when making
this appraisal and always keep in mind you are on a fact-finding,
not a fault-finding mission.
Whether your strengths match evenly with your weaknesses on paper is not important. What you want is a written record of who and what you are in as great a depth as possible, a blueprint of your house which you can use as a base for improvement.
Great people in every field start with such a deep analysis and
revise it yearly to chart their progress, and the time and
emotion spent in such an appraisal will be chicken feed compared
to the value you will receive from it.
Next, write out a report based on your self-appraisal and
include in the report everything you ever did which you didn’t
think you could do.
THIS STEP IS ABSOLUTELY VITAL!
It will provide you with enormous inspiration when faced with a
problem you don’t think you can overcome. These are not only real-
life success stories, they are YOUR success stories, positive
proof that there’s more in you than you might think.
These experiences are the fuel you’ll use to power the bulldozers
which will move mountains in the future. Remember, even an almost-
dead battery will start a car. Have this report in writing and
keep it with your personal analysis, and make a copy in case you
lose it. This will be a vital document in times to come.
Next, decide where you want to go. Most people fail because they
don’t set goals worthy of themselves. If they do, they do not live
each day in pursuit these goals. This, along with every other step
outlined here, is absolutely vital to a truly successful life.
When you set your goals, make them better than you’ve done before,
but make them achievable. In other words, if it is at all possible
that you or someone like you could achieve the goal, it is worthy.
But don’t set them too low either, or you’ll be breezing through
life bored and unchallenged. Set goals for each day, for the next
week, month, year, two years, five years, twenty years, fifty
years (regardless of your age).
Be definite about what you want. Write your goals down and use as
much detail as possible. Make them firm… for the moment. You will
find as you achieve certain things that some goals must change, and
that’s fine. Just don’t go around changing your mind every time the
wind changes or you won’t know which way is up.
Set as many goals as you like, and include among them – what you’d
like to be doing, where you’d like to go, what you want for your
family, what kind of person you’d like to be, how much you’d like
to be earning, your net worth, your health, personality, education
and spiritual growth.
Keep your daily goals confined to activities which will lead to
accomplishment of your long-term goals. Don’t be afraid to set
goals. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes because mistakes can be
corrected. Doing nothing cannot be corrected.
The next step takes no real effort, and strangely enough, it is
the most difficult step for the average person to take and that
is to
COMMIT!
Make the decision to achieve those goals, to
strive for the things you want which will make your life and
yourself all that much better. Make that commitment from the
heart, not at the lips!
It will take time to really feel that commitment, and regularly reviewing the goals you’ve written down will make it possible to truly feel that commitment. You’ll go through agonies at first and wonder if any of this is really worth it, and that’s the point most people give up.
Remember this and you’ll look forward to that agony. Every change comes with pain. It hurts to be born, to fall in love, to pass an exam, run a marathon.
Once you start feeling that pain, know it for what it is – your old self screaming for life. Let your old self win and you lose!
Once you pass through that barrier of pain between what you are and what you want, you will know what it is worth every bit of discomfort.
You’ve been through it before, and you’ll need the memory of past incidents where you’ve made it to help you get through it.
You’ll need the support of others too so you’ll have to consider the people with whom you spend most of your time.
If they are not as interested in improving themselves as you are, it’s time to expand your circle of friends to include those people and make them the best you could want. Make your friends inspirations and examples to you in your quest for a better life.
The final step is so simple and so tough it literally separates success from failure. You must be willing to sacrifice immediate pleasure for real satisfaction down the road. If you’re not ready to make the trade, you must settle for the life you have today. If you are ready to make the trade, spend every moment of your life in the most effective, efficient way possible in the pursuit of your goals.
You’ll never be able to do this as well as you will want to, but
that’s fine. Nobody spends all their time as effectively as humanly
possible.
The degree to which you can tune your desire to the things you
want and discipline yourself to do the things that lead to getting
them – will determine how successful you will be.
Regardless of how weak you are now, you can and will increase
the value your time and activities and garner more happiness
than you might think fair only if you’ll keep your failures in
perspective.
Think of them as lessons and gain something from them. Use your
successes as a well of strength on which you can draw when you’re
ready to quit.
These simple steps are the true secret to getting what you want
out of life.
It has been proven time and time again by great men and women
down trough history and will continue to do so centuries from
now. The words may change, but the ideas will be the same.
For centuries people have tried to find ways of making this
simple set of guidelines more complicated and more difficult
to understand and follow.
Many who do so have attained “success.”
Or have they?
What they really attained was less than they set out to achieve.
All because they made it harder than it actually was.
Getting what you truly want is so difficult precisely because
it is so simple.
Humans are very complex beings and thrive on making things even
more complicated.
As Jim Rohn said, “Don’t take that class.”
Keep it simple.
Follow the guidelines shared here and you will truly live the
life of your dreams.
See?? Success is AS SIMPLE AS THAT. Don’t complicate it by sitting down goalless, visionless and powerless.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to serve you.

PURPOSE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN NEED..!

Happy Workers' Day!

As many workers (and non-workers) 'celebrate' May Day around the world some are at their desks working, others at the bench in the park and some at the beach "breeze-bathing". Some are happy as this day comes and goes and some are unhappy with the events in their work places.

As you celebrate this day your own way, I would like to provoke you to thinking of the purpose for your life, work and actions. Stop in your 'busy' relaxation and use this day to ask yourself a few 'whys'.

Why do you work. To get something on the table? That's all?
Why do you live? What if the Almighty asks you to defend your purpose for living right now, would it convince Him?

If you are a student, a teacher, a businessperson, a minister, or other, why do you do what you do? Are you doing business to get money? Remember a business that makes nothing but money is a poor business. If you are a student are you studying merely to pass exams? Do you think straight As will land you the State House post? Really? Academic success is more than all As and a B+. If not, then all best students you heard about before would be the ones running the government and owners of big  businesses in this world. But as it seems in 100 richest people in this world very few have a University Degree. Many dropped out of the formal academic life. Bill Gates is one of them. Don't concentrate on what you need to do, but why you need to do it. PURPOSE.

If you are a teacher, how do your former students remember you? As a model for good? That's for you to answer. And if you are any other employee - manager or not - what is the purpose for your work? Does your work add value or reduce the Company's income every month end. What will your Company say if you tender your resignation letter tomorrow morning? You know better.

You will never add into this life anything of significance if all you think about is to one day buy that Ferrari (which you will not buy by the way. Just joking :-). Yes go ahead and buy it and bring it to our beautiful bumpy and muddy roads). You will only add something of significance to the generation to come if you stop thinking about yourself and start thinking of others. That should be your PURPOSE. Do not look at what you NEED.When a lion runs at that impossible speed for a deer he has a NEED. Food. But when a deer cruises ahead of the lion it has a PURPOSE. Not a need. To save life. See? And do you know who usually wins in the race between a lion and a deer? A deer. Why? Because PURPOSE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN NEED.

Have a great day. Strive for life PURPOSE, not mere needs. Thanks for reading.

Andrea.
